Refund policy

NewYork Army wishes its customers the best shopping experience to enhance their lives. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.

Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients and damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ ingredient and you are advised to do patch tests as cautioned in every product.

Returns

Eligibility: Please make sure you meet one of the following requirements before starting a return or exchange request:
The product is broken, either totally or partially.
Our support team has determined that the product is defective and irreparable
The product ordered and the product received are not the same.

Process: An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, which has to be made. 
Kindly write to us on info@newyorkarmy.sg with the necessary images and videos related to your claim within 24hours of receiving the product
In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.

Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.  If the item qualifies for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
